Are you a friendly, organised and patient-focused professional looking to join a welcoming dental team? Ricci Dental is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our practice on a permanent part-time basis.

We understand that flexibility is important, so the days worked can be discussed and tailored to suit the right candidate.

We’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude and enjoys creating a great experience for patients. Ideally, you will have:

- 1+ years’ experience in a dental reception role
- A warm, professional and friendly approach to patient care
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Experience managing appointments, patient records and enquiries
- Confidence with billing, phone enquiries and general administration
- The ability to provide chairside assistance when required
- Flexibility to assist with Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings where required
