The roles
- Dental assistant: Highly skilled in all areas of general dentistry your role is to work alongside and assist the Dentist, processing instruments and maintaining the highest levels of infection control. A warm, friendly and knowledgeable approach is needed to maintain the best service for our patients
- Dental receptionist: A front desk coordinator is a highly skilled communicator, who works directly with patients to process accounts, book appointments and provide information on dental care. You help keep the practice running smoothly and provide patients the greatest care.
- Dentist: This role requires a dentist who can perform all general dentistry skills confidently. We are willing to train and mentor the successful applicant to reach their full potential, with an easy going work environment. Working days are flexible and can be arranged to suit your schedule. Remuneration will be discussed with the successful applicant.
About the role
- Working closely with the management team and you will provide administrative support throughout the practices.
- Complying with company procedures and protocols.
- General administration duties including answering phone calls, actioning emails, scanning documents and booking appointments etc.
- Processing and allocating payments received from patients.
- You may be required to perform some sterilisation and/or dental assistant duties when needed to support the team or assist in covering lunch breaks.

Skills and experience
- You are a highly experienced individual with extensive knowledge in all aspects of administration and dentistry
- You are extremely organised, have exceptional work ethic and initiative.
- You're passionate about providing the highest level of patient care.
- You are motivated with the ability to problem solve well and experienced in assisting a busy practice to run smoothly.
- You're a team player, an honest communicator and someone who leads by example
- You have the ability to effectively work both in a team and unsupervised
- You have very strong computer skills and ideally have experience with Core dental software.
- Exceptional knowledge of maintaining infection control standards
- You have professional written and verbal communication skills
