Remuneration: $ 141,319.00 - $ 144,756.00 per annum

What you'll be doing

This exciting leadership opportunity will see you partner with the Head of Department to provide operational and professional leadership across Nutrition and Dietetics services at Westmead Hospital. You will help drive strategic priorities,



support workforce development, oversee service delivery and maintain an advanced clinical role to ensure the highest standards of patient-centred care.

- Provide operational leadership and management to ensure high-quality, safe and efficient Nutrition and Dietetics services that meet performance, quality and budget objectives.

- Lead workforce activities including recruitment, performance development, supervision, rostering, leave management and professional mentoring of Dietitians.

- Drive evidence-based practice, clinical governance, service evaluation, quality improvement, research and strategic service development initiatives.

- Deliver advanced clinical expertise and manage a clinical caseload, providing specialist consultation for complex patient care where required.

- Act as Deputy to the Head of Department, providing leadership and continuity of service across the department and broader Allied Health services.
