What you will do:





- Provide overarching leadership of wellbeing and inclusive education, working alongside the Wellbeing Leader, Wellbeing Team and staff to ensure a safe, supportive, inclusive and respectful learning setting.
- Coordinate external agencies and support services for complex cases to strengthen outcomes for students and families.
- Foster genuine community engagement and collaborative partnerships that build shared understanding and strengthen outcomes across the school community.
- Provide instructional leadership that fosters collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement, including staff induction, qualified learning, performance and development, support for Early Career Teachers and Special Authority Teachers, and building staff capability to meet diverse learner needs.
- Provide effective operational leadership that supports sound decision-making and the smooth day-to-day organisation and management of the school
