Following an internal promotion, we are looking for a Deputy Head of Boarding to join our premier boarding house from 1 January 2027 on a fixed-term, full-time basis, continuing until September 2029.

As The Deputy Head Of Boarding

You Will

- Make meaningful impact on the lives of our boarders academically, pastorally and personally.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong, collegial and professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Build a strong sense of ‘community’ with the boarders and their families.
- Work alongside the Head of Boarding to ensure the operations and administration of the Boarding House are strategic, nurturing, energetic, and collaborative.
- Have formal teaching qualifications and hold valid Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) Registration (or eligibility for registration).
- Have proven recent experience in an Independent Boarding School or in a similar pastoral role.





This position will have an allocated teaching load in line with the Middle Leader Allocation under the PMSA Enterprise Agreement 2025.
