Role Summary:
Provide onsite IT support to end users for desktops, laptops, peripheral devices, operating systems, and business applications. Act as the primary point of contact for issues that cannot be resolved remotely by the Service Desk.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating system and end-user application problems.
- Perform hardware break-fix and component replacement.
- Install, configure, and upgrade desktop/laptop hardware and software.
- Perform system imaging, re-imaging, and device rebuilds.
- Support IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change).
- Coordinate with Service Desk, infrastructure, and application teams for issue resolution.
- Provide VIP/VVIP user support when required.
- Manage incident, service request, and asset-related activities.
- Support user account-related activities and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and peripherals.
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely ticket closure.
