We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Detailed Scheduler to translate production plans into executable manufacturing schedules within a complex and highly regulated GMP environment. This role will work closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Technical Operations, and Logistics teams to optimize manufacturing resources, maintain schedule adherence, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

As a Detailed Scheduler, you will be responsible for converting approved master production plans into detailed day-to-day manufacturing schedules, ensuring production activities are executed efficiently while supporting site priorities, compliance requirements, and customer demand.

You will be a key contributor to operational performance by maintaining scheduling systems and data integrity, monitoring key performance indicators, and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.

This role will be based onsite at our Broadmeadows site.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and publish detailed production schedules based on approved site plans and priorities.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Technical Operations, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to support schedule execution.
- Monitor and communicate schedule status, risks, and recovery plans through daily operational meetings.
- Manage schedule adjustments resulting from material availability, quality events, operational performance, or site constraints.
- Ensure timely release and maintenance of production orders within SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
- Maintain planning data and inventory accuracy to support effective decision-making.
- Monitor scheduling and production KPIs, including schedule adherence, rate performance,



and plan conformance.
- Support investigations into schedule deviations, execution losses, and batch drops.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate intercompany and inventory transactions.

About You To be successful in this position, you will bring:

- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- APICS CPIM certification (desirable).
- Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.
- Experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) processes.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Previous experience in a GMP-regulated environment such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, food, or FMCG manufacturing would be highly desirable
- Understanding of inventory management and production scheduling principles.
- Knowledge of GMP compliance and data integrity requirements would be highly desirable
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
