LH Partners are currently seeking experienced Diamond Drillers for a range of opportunities with established drilling contractors across Australia.
With projects spanning WA, the NT and Eastern States, we have long-term opportunities available across exploration, resource definition and mine site drilling programs. Many of our clients have secured ongoing contracts and strong forward work pipelines, providing consistent work and reliable roster schedules.

- FIFO projects across WA, NT and Eastern Australia
- Exploration, mine site and resource definition drilling

Key Responsibilities
- Operate diamond drilling rigs safely and efficiently
- Deliver quality core recovery and production outcomes
- Supervise and mentor offsiders
- Complete daily reporting and equipment inspections
- Conduct routine maintenance and fault finding
- Maintain high safety and operational standards
- Work closely with site supervisors and field teams
About You
- Previous experience as a Diamond Driller
- Strong safety focus and commitment to quality work
- Experience leading crews and developing offsiders
- Ability to work in remote FIFO environments
- HR Licence highly regarded
- Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and site requirements
- Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents preferred, interstate candidates also considered
