About the role

We’re looking for a proactive, creatively curious mid-weight Digital Designer who loves social-first creative , content creation and bringing ideasto life across digital channels.

This role suitssomeone who understands how brands show up in-feed, what stops the scroll, and how solid design can connect quickly with the right audience. You’ll work across paid media, UGC style content, websites, EDM's and retailer assets using the right tools, formats and platforms for the job.

You’ll collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to create the work that feels on brand,relevant and built for how people actually consume content today. This is a hands-on role in a fast moving, supportive team, suited to someone who can take a brief from concept through to execution, balance creativity with pace,



and stay open to feedback along the way.

Join our in-house creative team and help bring some of Australia's leading brands across health, beauty, skincare and personal care to life through engaging digital campaigns and e-commerce content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create compelling digital assets for social, paid media, e-commerce and retailer channels.
- Design and adapt campaign content across Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon and retail media platforms.
- Produce e-commerce content including Amazon A+ Content, product pages, banners and EDM assets.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring assets are delivered on time, on brand and to specification.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Sales and Creative teams to deliver high-quality campaign outcomes.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail, quality control and workflow efficiency.

This is a full-time in-office role based in Warriewood, on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Desired Skills And Experience

About you

You'll bring

- 3+ years' experience in digital design, e-commerce creative or production design.

- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, with working knowledge of After Effects and Figma.
- Experience creating high-impact digital campaign assets across multiple platforms.




- Strong understanding of digital advertising formats and platform requirements.
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Highly regarded

- Experience with Amazon A+ Content and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Motion design capability using After Effects.
- Experience in FMCG, healthcare or consumer goods environments.
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility and digital best practices.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.

Qualifications

- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Creative Arts or a related discipline.
- 3+ years' experience in a professional design role.
