Role Description The Digital Marketing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing projects for a range of small to medium-sized business clients.

This is a JV pofit share contract, online role fir the company based in Byron Bay, NSW involves coordinating project timelines, managing client communications, and ensuring that campaign milestones are met on schedule and within scope. Day-to-day tasks include defining project requirements, briefing creative and technical team members, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on data insights. The role also includes managing budgets, preparing status reports, identifying risks or issues early,



and ensuring that all deliverables align with client objectives and agency standards.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in GO HIGH LEVEL CRM project management, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating cross-functional teams for digital marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (such as paid Meta/Googke Ads media, social media, email, and SEO) and how they work together to achieve client goals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical or marketing concepts into clear, client-friendly language.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, track project performance, and use data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working on-site with local clients and team members in Byron Bay, NSW, with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses and an interest in helping local organizations grow through digital marketing.
