The Digital Marketing Specialist will play an important role in bringing Darley Aluminium’s refreshed brand to life and shaping how we are seen in the market. Working across digital, content, social media, website, campaigns, product marketing and sales support, you’ll create engaging customer communications, build brand awareness and ensure a consistent brand experience. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with sales, technical, operational teams and state branches to manage day-to-day marketing activities and projects.

This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys taking ideas from concept to execution, creating engaging content, maintaining brand consistency and measuring results.

Where You’ll Make an Impact

- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, AI, email and SMS, managing budgets, optimising ROAS and applying strong expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics and email marketing.
- Manage Darley Aluminium’s content calendar and digital channels, creating engaging content, organic and paid campaigns that support product launches, promotions, customer engagement and business objectives while monitoring performance and online engagement.
- Manage SEO and digital performance, including content optimisation,



keyword-focused activity, paid digital advertising and social media, using analytics and insights to improve visibility, engagement and results.
- Develop marketing and sales content and collateral, including brochures, product literature, presentations, capability statements, promotional materials and other customer-facing communications, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Who Will Succeed? We’re looking for a proactive, detail-focused marketing professional who enjoys being hands-on, builds trust and takes ownership.

You will ideally have

- 5+ years’ experience across digital marketing, brand, content, social, and communications.
- A qualification in digital marketing.
- Strong digital marketing expertise, with hands-on technical experience and a commercial mindset focused on optimising performance, generating leads, supporting pipeline growth and driving revenue.
- Ability to understand technical products and translate their benefits into compelling, customer-focused messaging across social media, websites, email, print and other marketing channels.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.

What Will Set You Apart Experience in the following will be advantageous:

- B2B marketing within building products, aluminium, windows and doors, construction or manufacturing
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads, website management, Mailchimp, and digital analytics platforms.
