Are you an experienced Diploma Educator or Early Childhood Teacher looking for a Room Leader role where you'll be genuinely supported to deliver high-quality education and care?
We're partnering with a highly regarded early learning service in Kogarah, known for its beautiful learning environments, supportive leadership team and strong focus on educator wellbeing.
The service maintains high staffing levels and gives educators the time, resources and support to focus on what matters most, building meaningful relationships with children and delivering engaging, high-quality learning experiences.

About You
- ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or Early Childhood Teaching qualification
- Current NESA accreditation if ECT qualified
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
- Previous Room Leader experience highly regarded
- Passion for delivering high-quality educational programs
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
