The Opportunity A newly created senior finance leadership role within an impactful Australian investment organisation. Working closely with the CFO and Investment team, you will take ownership of capital management, forecasting, portfolio analysis and financial risk, providing commercial insight to support key investment and business decisions.

The role offers broad exposure across debt, equity and hybrid investments, with genuine scope to influence how the finance function continues to evolve.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead capital management, financial planning and portfolio forecasting
- Analyse portfolio returns, cash flows, liquidity and capital deployment
- Lead scenario analysis and stress testing
- Manage financial risk across interest rates, FX and investments
- Partner with Investment teams on structures, assumptions and performance
- Support complex investment accounting across debt, equity and hybrid assets
- Improve finance systems, reporting, data and analytics
- Provide commercial insight to senior leadership and key committees

About You

This role will suit a commercially minded finance leader who can interpret financial information and use it to influence decisions,



rather than purely producing the numbers.

You will ideally bring:

- 10 years Commercial Finance experience across corporate finance, treasury, capital management, investment management, private equity or related areas
- Solid exposure to capital, treasury or portfolio finance
- Advanced modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis capability
- Strong commercial judgement and senior stakeholder capability
- A track record of improving finance processes, systems or reporting
- CA qualification strongly preferred
