About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director/Nominated Supervisor to lead our close-knit team of educators. Backed by a highly supportive P&C; committee, this full-time role combines strategic leadership with meaningful time on the floor—ensuring you stay connected with the children and team while managing the overall operation of the service.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the OSHC / OOSH and Vacation Care programs.
- Ensure all practices align with the National Quality Framework, including My Time Our Place.
- Lead and support a committed team of educators, including recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and training.
- Develop and review the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
- Build meaningful relationships with families, school representatives, and the community.
- Manage budgets, enrolments, CCS processes, and fee collection.
- Maintain WHS compliance, risk management plans, and emergency procedures.
- Represent TKC in Assessment & Rating and liaise with regulatory authorities.

About you

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role in OSHC or Early Childhood.
- Diploma (or higher)



in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the National Law, Regulations, NQS, and MTOP.
- Experience developing and implementing child-focused programs.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- WWCC, Child Protection Training, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
- Familiarity with Xplor, CCS, and Inclusion Support (bonus).
