- $38 - $63/hr (depending on Qualification & Experience) + Director’s Allowance + Super + Salary Packaging
- This is a full-time permanent opportunity
- The service operates from 7am - 6pm Monday to Friday.

About the opportunity:

For over 20 years, Uniting Kids Care Early Learning Springwood has supported families in our community with education and childcare, including a preschool program. We are open long hours for children from two to five years. Conveniently located near leafy Buttenshaw Park and in the spacious grounds of the Springwood Uniting Church, our service offers warm and welcoming indoor learning spaces and stimulating outdoor environments that are designed to inspire and engage.

This is a permanent full time opportunity to be a Nominated Supervisor - Director to lead and mentor a team of qualified Educators!

What you’ll be doing:

- Lead, mentor and support a dedicated team of educators
- Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards
- Foster inclusive, respectful relationships with children, families and the community
- Guide curriculum decisions that promote belonging, wellbeing and curiosity
- Champion continuous improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan
- Manage Service Budgets and Roster

Your Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma or A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Nominated Supervisor
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Standards and early childhood best practice
- Solid leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A commitment to Uniting’s values – Compassionate, Respectful, Bold and Imaginative
- Current NSW WWCC Check
