This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Program Coordination-Disability Team. The focus of this role is to ensure that the care delivered to clients is planned, goal focused, and is individually tailored for each recipient.
While working mainly with disability clients, the successful applicant may also be required to work with clients in aged care program.
This position requires high level IT skills, and an understanding of the principles of consumer directed care and a sound understanding of the NDIS or the ability to gain these skills quickly. A commitment to working within the reforming aged and disability care environments is essential.

About you
- Qualification in a relevant discipline or currently working towards same
- Experience in the NDIS or Community Services sector
- Working With Vulnerable People registration (Employment) with NDIS Worker Screening endorsement
- Satisfactory National Police Check
It is a requirement of the role to have a qualification in a relevant discipline or are currently working towards same or have significant experience within the Disability Care sector.
