Meander Valley Council in Tasmania seeks an experienced Team Leader People & Safety to lead Council's HR, safety and workforce services from its Westbury base, near Launceston. You will guide a small team, advise managers, support wellbeing and foster a fair, secure workplace across the organisation.

Based in Westbury, the role reports to the Director Corporate Services and focuses on employment relations, safety, policy and planning, ensuring compliance and a strong workplace culture.
