Key responsibilities

- Provide person-centred support.

- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.

- Support community access and appointments.

- Complete accurate progress notes and incident reports.

- Follow participant support plans and workplace policies.

About you

- Available for afternoon and sleepover shifts.

- Comfortable providing personal care.

- Hold a current Australian driver’s licence.

- Confident driving participants when required.

- Reliable, adaptable and punctual.

- Hold current NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid and CPR certificates.

- Previous disability support experience is preferred.

- Based in or near Port Augusta.
