About the role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support in the participant's homes and community, assisting with daily living activities and personal care where required. You will support participants to achieve their goals, develop independence, and build confidence, while encouraging social inclusion and meaningful community participation.

Key responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with participants, families, and team members

About you

- Has a genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities

- Demonstrates drive, initiative, and a strong commitment to excellence





- Thrives in a collaborative and supportive team environment

- Shows empathy, patience, and respect for individual choice and dignity

- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Is reliable, flexible, and willing to go the extra mile

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Working With Children Check (if applicable)

- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

- Right to work in Australia

- Nursing experience highly regarded

- Minimum of 1 Active night shift per week, with a rotating 24/7 roster amongst a dedicated team
