About the role

CampabilitySA is on the lookout for caring, reliable and upbeat Disability Support Workers to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. If you love building real relationships, enjoy a bit of variety, and want work that feels meaningful, this could be for you!

We’re big believers in consistency, so this role is ideal for someone who wants regular shifts, familiar faces and the chance to really get to know the people they support.

What you’ll do

- Provide respectful, person-centred support that promotes independence, choice and wellbeing.
- Support participants with daily routines, community access, social activities and skill building.
- Build positive, consistent relationships with participants, families and the CampabilitySA team.
- Assist during passive overnight shifts, making sure participants feel safe and supported as needed.
- Follow support plans, complete shift notes and keep communication clear and friendly.

- Availability for weekday, weekend and passive overnight shifts.
- Great communication skills and the ability to work respectfully with participants, families and teammates.
- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to jump in, learn and have a go.




- Previous disability support experience is highly regarded.

Essential requirements

- Relevant qualification in disability, individual support, community services or a related field, such as Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Disability Support or equivalent.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
- Current First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain.
- Current South Australian driver’s licence.
- Ability to work across weekday, weekend and passive overnight shifts.

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 38.0 per week
