We are currently seeking a Vietnamese Support Worker to support our participants in and around Melbourne (Maribyrnong).

To be considered for this role, you must have 2 years of work experience with relevant qualification and you must be confident to handle complex participants with good command of English and Vietnamese.

You should be client-focused and have goal-orientated approach towards your work, along with the passion to make our participants experience outstanding. You must be a good listener, kind and be understanding of the participants needs and confident to handle complex participants.

Please note all candidates must posses/be willing to obtain:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- Working With Child Check
- First AID and CPR certificate
- Driver's License and your own vehicle is preferred.

Candidate will be expected to drive client where they request so a car is essential. Fuel allowance will be provided.
