About the role

RISU Care Pty. Ltd. is seeking Support Workers to join our team in Geelong

What you'll be doing

- Assist with personal care tasks as required, such as toileting, feeding, and medication administration
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
- Respond to and document any incidents or emergencies that occur during your shift
- Provide a calming presence and companionship to clients throughout the night

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in aged care, disability support, or a similar caregiving role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
- Must speak fluent English
- Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations
- Compassionate and patient approach to working with vulnerable individuals
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
