About the role
As a Lead Mentor and senior support lead, you will work closely with management, stake holders and participants to support their independence, wellbeing and personal goals. there is an opportunity right now to solidify your career with an organisation that is in high demand.
Key responsibilities
- Community access and social support
- Personal care and daily living assistance
- Participant mentoring and confidence building programs

- Progress notes and transparent documentation
