- Monitor behaviour and interactions between dogs.
- Recognise signs of stress, aggression, illness or unsafe behaviour.
- Safely redirect or separate dogs when necessary.
- Clean play areas, floors, equipment and animal waste throughout the day.
- Assist with feeding and general animal care where required.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and workplace safety.
- Follow individual animal-care instructions and workplace procedures.
- Report behavioural, health and safety concerns to management.
- Assist with general opening, closing and operational duties.
Who We're Looking For The right candidate will be reliable, physically fit,
confident around dogs of different sizes and temperaments, willing to work hard and comfortable with cleaning and other practical duties. Previous experience in dog daycare, kennels, boarding facilities, veterinary clinics, animal shelters, grooming businesses, animal training or similar environments will be highly regarded.
Hours, Pay & Sponsorship
Both part-time and full-time opportunities may be available, depending on the candidate's availability and the employer's operational requirements. Working hours and the final employment arrangement will be discussed directly with the employer.
Employees will be paid in accordance with the applicable Australian award rates and employment conditions.
For suitable candidates who meet the relevant skills, experience, English, visa and other eligibility requirements, employer sponsorship may also be considered. Sponsorship is not guaranteed and would be assessed individually based on the candidate's background and the employer's requirements.

- Your previous experience working with dogs or other animals.
- Your availability for part-time or full-time work.
