About the Role

As a Dog Groomer at KompletePetCare, you will play an important role in delivering professional grooming services while ensuring every dog feels secure, comfortable, and well cared for.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming experiences, building strong relationships with pet owners, and maintaining the highest standards of animal care and hygiene.

This is an exciting opportunity for a groomer who enjoys working hands-on with dogs, takes pride in their craft, and is looking to grow with a developing pet care business.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional dog grooming services, including bathing, drying, brushing, clipping, scissoring, and styling.
- Groom dogs of various breeds, sizes, coat types, and temperaments.
- Perform nail trimming, ear cleaning, coat maintenance, and other appropriate grooming services.
- Handle dogs confidently, gently, and patiently, including nervous, anxious, or challenging dogs.
- Assess each dog’s grooming needs and provide appropriate care based on their coat condition, temperament, and owner preferences.




- Communicate professionally with pet owners regarding grooming requirements, recommendations, and any concerns identified during appointments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, hygienic, and well-organised grooming environment.
- Ensure grooming equipment and facilities are maintained to a high standard.
- Follow appropriate animal welfare, safety, and hygiene practices at all times.
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and positive customer experience that reflects the KompletePetCare brand.
- Work independently while maintaining communication with the broader team.

About You We are looking for a vibrant Dog Groomer with exceptional people skills and is passionate about dogs and committed to delivering exceptional grooming services.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Dog Groomer, with formal qualifications preferred but not essential.
- A minimum of 1 year’s dog grooming experience preferred.
- Strong practical grooming skills and confidence working with different breeds and coat types.
- The ability to handle dogs calmly, safely, and compassionately.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality grooming outcomes.
- A genuine passion for animal welfare and the wellbeing of every pet in your care.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently, manage appointments, and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
- Reliability, punctuality,



and a positive attitude.
- A strong work ethic and pride in delivering outstanding results.
