Your new roleThis is a DIDO role with camp accommodation and meals supplied for those living outside Moranbah. The role is a 7/7 rotating roster with 12hr days.

- Lead a team of dozer operators on a coal stockpile and step into supervisory duties as required
- Ensure effective operation of plant to reduce cycle times and prevent unnecessary maintenance
- Maintain a safe work environment and be committed to adhering and promoting a solid safety culture
- Comply with site Safety & health Management System policies, procedures, and work practices
- Communicate with operators and other personnel to coordinate operations
- Re-fuelling and general machine inspections




- Adherence to all site and company policies and procedures

What you'll need to succeed

- Relevant RII's or mining competencies signed off within the last 5years
- Previous experience in the operation of Dozers, including on stockpiles
- Previous experience in a leading hand or supervisor role
- Current Queensland Coal Board Medical and Standard 11
