The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced, qualified educators to join our dedicated team, specifically to work within (but not limited to), our Kindergarten age group. This is an exciting opportunity for established professionals who are passionate about delivering dynamic, high-quality educational programs and want to be valued as vital members of a supportive, family-led workplace.

(Please note: To maintain our high standard of programming and mentoring, these roles require established industry experience and are not suitable for students currently completing their certificates or recent graduates.)

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver and support a high-quality, engaging, and dynamic learning program tailored to the kindergarten age group.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with children, families,



and fellow team members.
- Ensure all practices align with national standards and our centre's philosophy of positive, nurturing education.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

- ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education. Experience is essential.
- Sound, practical knowledge and application of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Mandatory Compliance & Training Certificates:

- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid & CPR
- Anaphylaxis Training
- Asthma Training
- Mandatory Reporting
- Food Safety Training
- GEKKO Training
