This is a hands-on, customer-facing role. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their requirements, design practical solutions and contribute personally to the configuration, development and delivery.

What you’ll be doing? -





- Engaging directly with customers to understand their requirements.
- Designing, configuring and delivering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Taking work through build, testing, demonstrations, deployment and support.
- Managing smaller projects and enhancements with a high degree of ownership.
- Working collaboratively with customers, consultants and technical teams.

What we’re looking for -

- Hands-on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform delivery experience.
- Experience with areas such as D365 Customer Service, Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Exposure to JavaScript, plugins, APIs, integrations, Azure or Azure DevOps would be valuable.
- Strong communication, requirements gathering and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to take solutions through design, build, testing, deployment and support.
- Consultancy experience is useful but not essential.
