About the Role Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Contributing to and implementing a high-quality educational program
- Supporting children’s learning and development through play-based and intentional teaching
- Creating and maintaining individual learning portfolios
- Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Actively supervising children across indoor and outdoor environments




- Supporting children’s developmental needs and interests

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Diploma or Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current Child Protection Certificate
- Robust communication skills (written and verbal)
- A genuine passion and commitment to early childhood education
- Previous experience in the sector
