We’re looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded Ecommerce & Digital Marketer to join our growing team.

This is a broad marketing role for someone who enjoys getting involved across different areas of ecommerce and digital marketing. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager (she’s awesome) across paid advertising, Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, promotions, product launches and other marketing initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

Ecommerce Coordination

- Coordinate ecommerce activity across Shopify, Amazon and TikTok Shop across three regions

- Manage and optimise product listings, imagery, product information and metadata

- Assist with the implementation and ongoing management of Shopify, Amazon and TikTok Shop

- Coordinate promotions, product launches, restocks and other ecommerce activity

- Work closely with relevant teams to ensure new products and campaigns launch smoothly

- Identify opportunities to improve the online customer journey, conversion and retention

- Coordinate with developers on website improvements, updates and projects

Paid Media & Digital Marketing

- Assist with the implementation, management and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns

- Help develop and test new creatives, offers, audiences and marketing angles

- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve results

- Support broader digital marketing campaigns, promotions and brand initiatives

- Bring forward new marketing ideas and help turn them into action

- TikTok Shop and paid social experience is highly regarded

UGC & Influencer Marketing





You’ll work alongside our social media and creator-focused team members, providing support with UGC and influencer activity as needed.

This may include assisting with creator outreach, gifted and paid collaborations, coordinating content, supporting larger campaigns and launches, and identifying opportunities to repurpose solid UGC across paid ads, social media and other marketing channels.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has 2 years experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or a similar role

- Experience with Shopify, with Amazon and TikTok Shop experience highly regarded

- Takes ownership of their work and enjoys working in a quick-moving environment

- Tertiary education highly regarded
