Key responsibilities
- Provision of general electrical installation and support services
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption to clients
- Collaborate with clients and Tecport team members to understand and fulfil electrical installation and support requirements
- Provide technical support during installations and post-installation services
- The ability to complete a project from start to finish (estimating, management of staff and materials, job invoicing and communicating with builders and customers)
About you
- Current electrical licence
- Valid police check
- Current White Card
- South Australian Drivers licence
- Australian Citizen
- Be reliable, accountable
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and possess a good work ethic
- Knowledge of the home automation industry (desirable but not essential as training will be provided on the job)
