What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse within Mental Health Services, you will provide direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse while supporting patients through their recovery and wellbeing journey. You will play a key role in delivering protected, compassionate and evidence-based care within your scope of practice.
- Conduct observations, recognise clinical changes and escalate concerns appropriately
- Deliver care and support daily living activities in line with individual care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement
- Support a positive team environment while upholding professional and ethical standards

Registration:
Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
- Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
- Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training.
