They’re now on the lookout for a Property Manager to take ownership of a well-supported, local portfolio and join their cooperative, high-performing team.

This is a role built for balance with no Saturdays, flexible hours and genuine support from a strong team structure that allows you to focus on what you do best.

THE ROLE

- Manage a local portfolio of 160–180 properties
- VA, Leasing and Inspections support
- Monday to Friday only, no weekend work
- 1 Day WFH
- Salary up to $90K + Super + Bonuses




- Company car available for work use
- PropertyMe, Inspection Express, Inspect Real Estate

ABOUT YOU

- Min 2 years experience as a Senior/Property Manager
- Current Agents Representative Certificate is ESSENTIAL
- Current Vic Drivers License and a reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the legislation
- Punctual, reliable and professionally presented
