Located in Paddington NSW 2021, Barbetta is an Italian hospitality business offering dine-in services alongside functions, catering, masterclasses and a range of retail products and gift offerings.

Barbetta is currently seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to develop, coordinate and implement marketing activities that promote the business, its services, events and product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Planning, developing and coordinating marketing campaigns to promote Barbetta's services, events and products.
- Researching market trends, customer preferences and potential opportunities to support marketing decisions.
- Developing marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Coordinating promotional content and marketing materials across relevant communication channels.
- Supporting the promotion of the restaurant, functions, catering, masterclasses and retail offerings.
- Analysing marketing performance and customer data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of marketing objectives, strategies and promotional programs.




- Coordinating marketing activities and campaigns within established timelines and budgets.
- Providing recommendations on promotional strategies, product positioning and customer engagement.
- Monitoring market and consumer trends relevant to the hospitality and retail offerings of the business.

About You

- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, campaign coordination and promotional activities.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour and market trends.
- Ability to analyse marketing data and identify market opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valuable organisational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing activities and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Employment Details Job Type: Permanent / Full-time
Salary: AUD $75,000 – $90,000 per annum
