What You'll Be Doing

- Getting out across Brisbane every day, building real rapport with homeowners and starting genuine conversations

- Listening to customer needs, identifying real opportunities, and booking consultations for our Solar and Battery team

- Chasing daily targets on a high-energy floor with live coaching and real-time feedback driving you forward

- Taking full ownership of your patch, your pipeline, and your results from week one

- Developing the complete sales toolkit in a structured, fast-paced environment that rewards improvement

- Getting recognised every week for what you produce, not just for turning up
