Carne & Cucina are looking for a Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team.

This is an entry-level position and would suit someone looking to get their first proper experience in a restaurant environment, or someone with some hospitality experience who wants to develop their skills in full-service dining.

Weekend availability is essential.

About the role

You’ll be an important part of our floor team, helping our waiters and bartenders keep service running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include

- Running food and drinks to tables
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Polishing cutlery and glassware
- Assisting the floor team throughout service
- Keeping the dining room clean and organised
- Supporting waiters, bartenders and kitchen staff as needed

As you gain experience, there will be opportunities to learn more about restaurant service, food, wine and beverage and take on additional responsibilities.

About you

You don’t need years of hospitality experience for this role. We’re more interested in finding someone who is:

- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly and confident working with people
- Outgoing, energetic and willing to stay busy
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Keen to learn and develop their hospitality skills
- Available to work weekends

Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential.



School leavers and people looking for their first hospitality job are welcome to apply. This is a hands-on role in a busy restaurant, so we’re looking for someone who is happy to get stuck in and help wherever needed.
