Current Driver’s Licence – ESSENTIAL An exciting opportunity has become available for an Entry-Level Inspections Officer / Field Agent to join a successful and well-established real estate agency in Clifton Hill.

This is a fantastic prospect for someone looking to build a long-term career in real estate, with the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience across property inspections, leasing and residential property management.

You’ll work closely with an experienced team and receive ongoing support and training while developing your skills within the industry. A work car will be provided for property inspections.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and pre-lease property inspections
- Attend open homes and private inspections
- Complete inspection reports and provide feedback to the property management team
- Assist with leasing activities and tenant enquiries
- Liaise professionally with tenants, landlords and prospective renters




- Assist the Property Management team with day-to-day tasks
- Support the leasing process from enquiry through to application
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the inspection and leasing process

What We’re Looking For
- Current Real Estate Certificate / Agent’s Representative
- Current Driver’s Licence – ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience in real estate, leasing, property management or inspections is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional and confident manner
- Excellent organisation and time management
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors and travelling between properties
- Availability to work some Saturdays

Please note: A current Real Estate Certificate and Driver’s Licence are mandatory requirements for this position. Candidates who do not hold BOTH will not be considered for the role.
