What You'll Be Doing

- Getting out across Sydney every day, starting genuine conversations with homeowners about solar and battery solutions

- Qualifying real interest and booking consultations for our senior Solar and Battery Consultants

- Competing hard on live leaderboards with daily targets and a team pushing you to be better every single week

- Owning your territory, your pipeline, and your results from the moment you start

- Getting structured daily coaching from people who built their own careers from this exact starting point

- Moving up fast through a clear progression structure based entirely on what you produce
