The Equipment Sales Specialist drives the regional delivery of profitable equipment sales. This activity is undertaken personally, through directly actioning the end to end sales process and indirectly where the Equipment Sales Specialist coaches and supports the activities of Store managers and Reps.
Key Accountabilities

Exhibit and support Burson’s commitment to customer service excellence.
Plan, participate and drive in promotions and sales focussed events.
Understand levels of customer satisfaction and target actions to meet/exceed expectations.

Peer Relationships
Proactive communication and relationship development with Reps and Managers
Technical Advice
High level of knowledge and experience to build customer credibility
Support, coaching and expert advice to Managers and Reps.
Peer Relationships
Create the ‘want to sell’ culture for equipment sales
Coaching of inexperienced staff
Team Culture
Support the team in a distributed work environment.
Participate in team effectiveness by providing regular feedback of plans and changing trends.
Working as an advocate for Precision and Burson Equipment (ONE TEAM)
Key challenges of the position
Working with demanding store network, having to mediate between parties around lead generation and the sales process. Warranty and aftersales support. Juggling multiple demands.
Qualifications
Qualifications: Strong technical background or former mechanic Experience: Experience in sales in trade based business or demonstrated willingness to learn
