Excavator Operators & Civil Labourers | Brisbane based
We are seeking experienced Excavator Operators (up to 30T) and Civil Labourers for immediate, long-term subdivision project work across the Kalbar and Boonah regions.
The successful candidates will be undertaking civil subdivision work focusing on drainage, trenching, and utility installation.
On Offer:
- Above award pay rates + super (penalties apply after 7.6 hours daily)
- Daily Travel Allowance: $23.00 per day
- Meal Allowance: $20.00 per day
- Monday to Friday working roster with potential for overtime
- ASAP commencement

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience operating excavators up to 30T on subdivision projects (trenching, drainage, sub-grades) OR civil construction labouring experience
- Valid White Card
- Current Earthmoving RII Ticket(s) for Excavator Operators
- Relevant civil construction experience (drainage, trenching, services)
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Ability to start immediately and commit to 06:30 AM daily starts
- Local residence in or around the Kalbar/Boonah region (local roles – no accommodation or FIFO provided)
