Executive Support
- Provide high-level executive support to two senior leaders, balancing priorities and adapting to changing business needs.
- Manage complex calendars, diaries, meetings, inboxes and executive workflows.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement, travel arrangements, accommodation and logistics.
- Prepare and format correspondence, reports, presentations, briefing papers, submissions and executive communications.
- Monitor and manage action items, deadlines and follow-up activities.
Board & Governance Administration
- Coordinate board and committee meeting schedules, agendas and meeting logistics.
- Prepare, collate and distribute board papers and governance materials using board management platforms.
- Support the preparation of board minutes, resolutions, action registers and decision logs.
- Maintain governance records, statutory registers and corporate documentation.
- Assist with regulatory, compliance and corporate secretariat activities as required.
Corporate Development & Business Support
- Support strategic initiatives, transactions and corporate development activities.
- Assist with research, market analysis, reporting and due diligence coordination.
- Prepare materials for executive and board presentations.
- Contribute to project administration, stakeholder coordination and business reporting.
Team & Operational Support
- Coordinate team events, functions and internal activities.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
The Successful Applicant To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Significant experience as an Executive Assistant, Board Administrator, Executive Officer, or similar senior support position.
- Demonstrated experience supporting executives in a complex corporate environment.
- Strong board administration and governance coordination experience.
- Experience preparing board papers, meeting agendas, minutes and resolutions.
- Exceptional organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion.
- The ability to work autonomously while managing multiple competing priorities.
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to legal, governance, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, or strategic project environments.
- Experience using governance platforms such as Diligent or similar board management systems.
- Familiarity with legal operations platforms and process improvement initiatives.
