Opportunity Description This is an Australian based opportunity You will be trained, Certified by FocalPoint International and fully supported by our global and local leadership team to establish and grow your own independent coaching practice under our global brand here in Australia.

With our extensive content, training and world-class long-term support,



you will be responsible for working with us to develop your client base, providing professional executive coaching, executive management guidance and business coaching programs to clients.

You will be a confident self-starter, have an entrepreneurial outlook, know what it's like to lead, and be driven to succeed in your chosen endeavours. We make no apologies that we are not seeking average, but are looking for the best.

Preferred Characteristics

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- At least 15 years of solid business experience, demonstrating career growth
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- You will value independence and seek the freedom to be in control of your time
- You are based in Australia or have a firm intention and taken initial steps to relocate to Australia
