Following a period of significant growth and organisational evolution, Loreto is seeking to appoint an Executive Manager Operations to join the Executive Leadership Team and play a key role in shaping the organisation's future direction.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the newly created position of Executive Manager Operations will provide strategic and operational leadership across Loreto's core operational functions and contribute to the continued development of a high-performing, tenant-focused organisation. A key measure of success will be ensuring a seamless and consistent tenant experience across the organisation's diverse operational streams and service offerings. Based in brand recent purpose-built offices in Bridgewater, the role will work closely with the Leadership team and Board to support organisational performance, service excellence and long-term sustainability while ensuring Loreto remains well positioned for continued growth.
A key focus of the role will be supporting organisational consolidation following a period of expansion by strengthening alignment across teams, systems and service delivery functions.
The Executive Manager
Operations will foster collaboration, drive continuous improvement and support the ongoing development of governance, accountability and operational frameworks. Working across multiple operational areas, the role will help ensure integrated,
tenant-focused services are delivered consistently across Tasmania while strengthening organisational capability and leadership capacity for the future.
The successful candidate will be an innovative and values-aligned leader with demonstrated capability leading large and diverse teams through growth, change and organisational development. They will bring a collaborative and consultative leadership style, highly developed relationship-building skills and the ability to work across a broad range of stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes. The role requires breadth of leadership experience, adaptability and the ability to translate capability across different environments, bringing fresh perspectives and transferable leadership skills.
The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational oversight, empower leaders, support the development of people and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture is also required.
