AUSTCORP Roads is currently looking for experienced Asphalters, Level Hands and Asphalt Labourers to join established road surfacing crews across Wollongong, the Illawarra and NSW South Coast.
If you know your way around a screed, understand asphalt and can jump on a crew and get the job done — we want to hear from you

You don't need every ticket under the sun — we're looking for people with genuine asphalt experience who know how to work as part of a crew
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous asphalt/road surfacing experience
- A strong understanding of asphalt works and crew operations
- White Card
- Relevant plant tickets or licences are advantageous
- A reliable attitude and good work ethic
- Ability to work early starts, night shifts and overtime when required
- Full Australian working rights
