Tuga Pastries is a second-generation bakery that has been in Sydney for over 35 years making the best pastries, but most famously known for our amazing Portuguese Tarts. We currently have 3 locations, and we are thrilled to be bringing our energy to Sydney Airport (our 4th location!), with the CBD joining us next. Very exciting times ahead!

Now, we’re building a team of experienced baristas who can keep travellers caffeinated and smiling.

What you’ll do:

· Craft consistently great coffee in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

· Keep service upbeat, warm, and efficient; especially during those early morning airport rushes!

· Maintain a clean, organized workflow and support the broader team.





· Bring your personality; we love humans, not robots!

What you bring:

· Strong barista experience (2+ years minimum) handling high volume with excellent latte art.

· A calm, positive vibe under pressure.

· Reliability and pride in your work.

· Availability for early starts and weekend shifts. (Note: Access to a vehicle is highly recommended for early shifts before trains operate at times).

· The ability to obtain a Landside Terminal Identification.
