Love good hospitality and know your way around a busy café?
We’re looking for experienced FOH all-rounders who enjoy looking after people, work well in a team and know how to keep things moving when service gets busy.
You just need solid hospitality experience, a good attitude and the instinct to notice what needs doing.
What you’ll do
- Welcome guests, host and run a section confidently
- Take orders and deliver food and drinks efficiently
- Stay attentive to guests throughout their visit
- Keep your section clean, organised and moving
- Communicate well with FOH, bar and kitchen
- Jump in and support the team during busy service
- Handle guest requests calmly and professionally
We’d love to meet someone who
- Has solid café or restaurant FOH experience
- Genuinely enjoys hospitality and serving people
- Is reliable, organised and hands-on
- Stays calm and positive under pressure
- Treats guests and teammates with respect
- Is confident with table service and guest communication
- Has coffee/barista experience — a strong advantage
