About the role
You will work closely with our clinicians to help deliver secure, efficient and high-quality dental care. The role includes chairside assisting, preparing treatment rooms, sterilisation and infection control, patient support, clinical records and assisting with reception and administrative duties when required.

We are particularly interested in someone who already understands the pace and standards of a dental practice. You will be organised,
reliable and confident chairside, with a warm manner and a genuine commitment to making patients feel comfortable. You should be able to contribute from day one while still being open to learning and growing with the team.
Essential requirements
· Previous hands-on experience working as a Dental Assistant in a dental practice · Confident chairside assisting skills and familiarity with common dental procedures
· Sound knowledge of sterilisation, infection prevention and clinical preparation
· Strong communication and patient-care skills
· Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
· Ability to work collaboratively with dentists, clinicians and the wider practice team
· Confidence using digital systems and dental practice software
· A reliable, professional approach and genuine interest in a long-term position
Highly regarded
· Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting · Current radiation licence, where applicable
· Experience across both clinical assisting and dental reception
· Experience with digital imaging and dental software systems
