Are you an exceptional Centre Manager who knows how to lead, improve and build a high-performing early childhood service?

Scribbles & Giggles Childcare Centres is looking for an experienced, confident and passionate Centre Manager to join our growing team.

This is not an office-only management position. We are looking for a leader who is visible, active and engaged — someone who leads from the front, understands what great practice looks like and has the confidence to identify gaps, drive improvement and develop their team.

We are looking for someone who has:

- A completed Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 3 years’ Centre Manager experience within the last 5 years
- Strong knowledge of the National Law, National Regulations, NQS and compliance requirements
- A clear understanding of the responsibilities and obligations of a Nominated Supervisor
- Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, training and performance management
- Strong knowledge of programming, documentation and educational practice
- A demonstrated track record of improving quality, compliance, team performance and centre outcomes
- The confidence to assess a service, identify gaps and implement meaningful improvements
- A genuine passion for working with children and being actively involved in the centre environment

Our Centre Managers are supported by a strong Head Office operational team, which takes much of the traditional administrative burden away from centre leadership. With systems already supporting areas such as family accounts, CCS,



and administrative compliance, our Centre Managers can focus on what matters most:

You will be responsible for observing practice, coaching educators, engaging with children and families, monitoring compliance and leading improvement

Essential Requirements

- Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 3 years’ recent Centre Manager experience within the last 5 years
- Centre-based ECEC management experience
- Full-time availability across our operating hours of 7:00am–6:00pm, working 38 hours per week
- Valid Australian working rights/visa with at least 12 months remaining
- Strong understanding of NSW early childhood legislation, compliance and Nominated Supervisor responsibilities
