Position Overview

Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a Full-Time role based in Banyo, Brisbane, QLD, supervising heavy construction projects.

You'll lead electrical scopes on complex projects across heavy industrial sites, overseeing on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality outcomes across industrial, control systems, and hazardous area work.

This is not a FIFO/DIDO position; however, you may need to work away and commit to project hours to support operations nationally.

Responsibilities

Working closely with our Project Manager, you'll:

- Supervise electrical delivery across projects, coordinating workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep operations running on time, on budget, and to a high standard

- Prepare safety documentation (JHAs, SWMS) in line with industry standards

- Manage procurement of materials, tooling, and equipment

- Verify all electrical and instrumentation work meets technical, safety, and quality standards

- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients on project specs and expectations





- Support scoping, estimation, and tender submissions

- Maintain service records and progress reports for invoicing and close-out

- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships as a key project contact

Qualifications & Experience

- Current QLD Electrical Licence, Open Driver's Licence, and White Card

- 5 years post-trade experience as an Industrial Electrician

- 2 years as an Electrical Supervisor in construction

- Current EEHA (within 3 years)

- Cert III/IV in Instrumentation & Control (preferred)

- Experience with job management software (e.g. Simpro, Workbench)

- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills

- Proven ability to deliver projects on budget and in compliance

- Confident reading electrical schematics and technical drawings
