About the role

You'll work with a varied caseload through community visits and telehealth, while collaborating with clients, families, support teams and our wider multidisciplinary team. Wherever possible, we'll work with you to shape your caseload around your location, experience and clinical interests.

Key responsibilities

- Support a growing community caseload across Melbourne's northern and western suburbs
- Conduct community visits and deliver telehealth sessions
- Collaborate with clients, families, support teams and multidisciplinary team members
- Complete clear, clinically sound documentation and reports
- Communicate effectively with clients, families and other stakeholders
- Manage your caseload with autonomy while seeking guidance on complex cases when needed

About you

- Qualified Occupational Therapist with at least three years of clinical experience
- Current AHPRA registration
- Values-led, neuro-affirming and strengths-based approach
- Confident managing a community caseload
- Able to complete transparent, clinically sound documentation and reports
- Comfortable with a mix of mobile community visits and telehealth
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable car
- Willing to obtain relevant employment checks, including Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check
- Collaborative, team-first attitude
